I'm having a hard time believing that I hadn't blogged in over two months! This school year has been unexpectedly busy! At the beginning of the year, I was only planning on teaching my Monday, Wednesday, Friday class. I have now accumulated the Tuesday, Thursday 2 year old class...so yep! I'm working five days a week now! It actually works out great because Alayna is able to go to the younger three year old class, which she LOVES. So as long as she is happy, my house is still taken care of, than I'm fine with working full time. Ashton is still loving Kindergarten, he is doing very well and reading now. He is in the top reading group in his class, so I'm very proud of him! He was a little bummed about being off of school this whole week, but not me! I'm so ready to just chill at home for a while and do some catching up on things around here. So Thanksgiving is Thursday and we will be spending it at my parents house. I'm looking forward to eating all the yummy food! My parents offered for the kids to spend the night that night, which will work out wonderful for Shawn and I as we plan on getting up a little earlier than normal to go shopping at the black Friday sales! In this entry I'm including one of my favorite pictures we have gotten of the kids. Our friend Enrique is a photographer and he did a great job with the kids recently!
