Well Thanksgiving has come and gone again. We ate good yesterday, and actually we ate it all again today for lunch! Thanksgiving food is so good, even Alayna ate a whole lot! She ate pretty much half of my plate and her very own roll! She really enjoyed herself. Ashton enjoyed Thanksgiving as well...although I think he enjoyed making pies and then eating them more than the Thanksgiving meal. We were the crazy ones this morning and woke up at 5 am to get to the store. My sister and myself and Alayna headed to Target while Shawn, Jason and Ashton headed to Home Depot and Best Buy. We didn't buy to much, but what we did get we got some good deals on. I found Ashton a booster seat for the car....I can't beleive he is big enough to be out of his car seat! The kids did great...considering we got them up so early! Alayna just enjoyed going to ToysRus, but we didn't stay long because the line was an hour wait!
So Ashton's birthday party is next weekend. He is having a cowboy party and is pretty excited about it. So I guess next time I update, I'll have pictures from his party. Hope all had a great Thanksgiving!

November so far...
So far our November has been good. Alayna's birthday party went well. We had a few friends over and they played outside for several hours! I posted a few pictures from the party. She enjoyed her cake, once she figured out it was something she could eat! She got some really cute gifts and is enjoying her new toys. We also got our family pictures done and they turned out cute I think:) I had a hard time picking out wich ones we wanted to buy. They got a really cute one of the kids by a Christmas tree...but I'm not sharing that one until later;) They had fun taking pictures, Alayna is so different than Ashton was. I think he is the shy one and she is the "ham".
In the morning we go to the Dr. for check ups...originally it was only going to be Alayna, but we are now taking Ashton as well, he may have strep throat. Can't believe it's almost time for Thanksgiving (YUM)! We always put up our Christmas tree the day after, so I think this year will be really fun with the kids. They always like all the lights and stuff. Well guess that's about it for now!

A princess is was born!
We are celebrating Alaynas first birthday! My how they change in one year don't they? She is so active now, she is all over the house trying to keep up with Ashton. She is eating everything we like to eat and likes to point to things that she wants...and if she doesn't get what she wants, she lets you know that too! She loves books and pull toys now and also loves Eli our dog! This year has gone by so fast that I can't believe it. It just seems like we were on the way to the hospital to have her! We will be celebrating her birthday on Saturday with a small birthday party with family and a few friends!

In other news, the trick or treat party went really well. The kids had SO much fun! We went around the neighborhood and when we got back to the house, they ran outside all night long! They had so much energy:) I think we will try again next year if halloween falls on a good night to do so. Ashton had a wonderful time with all of his friends, I think he was sad halloween was over the next day. But I just told him that means his birthday is that much closer:) Here are all the kids...
